Prices and Fees
- Sales Price
- Varies by vehicle. The Company will present an amount calculated by adding the agency fee and actual costs to the winning bid price.
- Agency Fee
- ・Buying Service: ¥44,000 (incl. tax) per transaction
- ・Selling Service: ¥44,000 (incl. tax) per transaction
- Other Charges Required in Addition to the Price of the Goods
- ・Auction venue fees
- ・Transport fees (vary depending on the delivery location)
- ・Transfer of registration and registration procedure fees
- ・Taxes and public charges such as automobile tax and automobile weight tax, and recycling fees (these amounts are subject to change)

Payment
- Payment Method
- Bank transfer only. Bank transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.
- Payment Timing
- After a winning bid is confirmed, please make payment by the due date stated on the invoice issued by the Company.

Timing of Delivery and Service Provision
- Timing of Service Provision
- After an application is accepted, the Company will begin searching for target vehicles and bidding in sequence. Depending on auction schedules, it may take several weeks until a winning bid is obtained.
- Timing of Delivery of Goods
- After payment is confirmed, the Company will carry out the transfer of registration procedures and arrange vehicle transport, and the vehicle will normally be delivered within one month. The timing may vary depending on the status of the procedures.

Cancellations and Returns
- Withdrawal of Application
- An application may be withdrawn before bidding. Withdrawals cannot be accepted after bidding or after a winning bid is confirmed.
- Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of used vehicles, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after a winning bid is confirmed. However, this shall not apply where there are reasons attributable to the Company.
- Cooling-Off
- The cooling-off system does not apply to the Service.
